I would cut back on the protein to your FDA recommended value and work on eating clean and eating for your desired weight. Your body will adapt to the workout requirements you throw at it and you will drop your bf% while maintaining mass.

I would also recommend a 3 day split 3×5 Squat/Bench/Deadlift, Squat/Military Press/Barbell Row since you seem to be fairly new to bodybuilding. Once you get some experience you could aim for something like Bill Star’s 5×5.

With Windows, check out: NetLimiter or SoftPerfect Bandwidth Manager.

TBH, any freeware “bandwidth limiter” or even firewall that supports limit bandwidth by application or port will work.

Im using a i5 2500k overclocked to 4.4MHz and im sick and tired of it using 60% of my CPU when video calling. Its rediculous.

Ive found many people say its actually an advert in the Skype home section (the little house button on the main window) that causes it to use this much but there is no advert there for me to close.

Anyway this is really annoying. Any help would make me eternally grateful.

If it is the same skype account, I would upgrade both to the save version, thus ensuring the same table columns, then I would imagine a script could be written to merge the databases together. The only tricky problem is making sure the unique ID for tables are perserved when merging. However, as with any database operations, one should always back up the database.
