I feel absolutely exhausted!

I feel absolutely exhausted!

  • Sunday – upper body
  • Monday – lower body and upper body
  • Tuesday – cardio
  • Wednesday – rest
  • Thursday – upper body

My workout schedule is currently 3 days on and 1 day off. I feel absolutely exhausted, I am finding myself sleeping for over 10+ hours a day. Although my entire body is hurting, it feels damn good inside. Been keeping up with the high protein diet. Gotta say, I can already see results. Life is good.

I would rather drink ______ than this

Ingredients:

  • 2 Spoons of creatine
  • 1 scoop of Isoflex whey protein (make it peanut butter flavoured)
  • 1 scoop of Vegegreens
  • Oh and throw in a capsule of fish oil.
  • Water

But then again, this disgusting concoction is consisted of over 60+ vegetables, quick release/acting protein, enough supplements to make my mum stop nagging at me. (Actually she still will nag at me for drinking all this stuff, god bless her.) But it is sure as hell worth it.

There is always the stereotypical ideas that Asians are in generally incapable of gaining muscle masses. As well as the idea that Asians just doesn’t have the genetics. Regardless, I am going to throw away my current life style and totally change everything to get in shape.
