I feel absolutely exhausted!
- Sunday – upper body
- Monday – lower body and upper body
- Tuesday – cardio
- Wednesday – rest
- Thursday – upper body
My workout schedule is currently 3 days on and 1 day off. I feel absolutely exhausted, I am finding myself sleeping for over 10+ hours a day. Although my entire body is hurting, it feels damn good inside. Been keeping up with the high protein diet. Gotta say, I can already see results. Life is good.
